Protein is required for building muscles, recovering and substituting tissues, and also for good work of immune and hormonal system. Moreover protein accelerates metabolic processes and people who train should add it in the daily ration. Protein also helps to provide amino acids to our cells, build new proteins and repair muscles.
Actually food containing protein or pure protein must be added not only to ration of sportsmen but to ration of common people too. Protein is necessary for growth and it is one of the main building block of human body. Not many people know that it is a molecule consisting of 22 amino acids.For our body to produce so many amino acids is not easy and we must fulfill our food with many different products where we can find them.
Another interesting fact is that the more active you are during the day, the more protein our body loses. This mean that this lost protein should be replaced at once, moreover protein can not keep in our body in comparison with fats and carbohydrates.
